After graduating from Newbury High School Chef Eric started touring USA staging at several restaurants from Ohio to Wyoming. Learning techniques, recipes and sharpening his skills he returned home to show Geauga County what he has learned.

A graduate from ICASI Loretta Paganini’s culinary school Chef Alex has a passion for flavor and technique. With a background in fine dining and a chance to study abroad in Italy with a strong Italian heritage his goal is to bring authentic flavors to Chardon Ohio.

Service Manager Mariah Loftus
Mariah likes to say she received her Chemistry degree to mix the best kind of chemical--liquor! "I have a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and delivering exceptional service.” I also have a strong background in business development, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Cell and Molecular Biology and a MBA in progress." Mariah graduated from Chardon High School in 2015 and she considers her job as her social outlet, enjoying every opportunity for community engagement in her hometown.

Sam fell in love with restaurant life at a young age at his first job at Dink’s Diner in Chagrin Falls. He likes to say he grew up in the trenches of the culinary world. With a background in FOH and BOH and Ops management he makes a great addition to the team.
